Cancellation Policy

🎄 TacoFlickz Holiday Mini Session Policy To ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for everyone, the following policies apply to all Holiday Mini Sessions. By booking, you agree to these terms: 📅 Rescheduling Policy • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled time. • Any reschedule request within 48 hours will be considered case-by-case and may incur a $25 rescheduling fee. • If you are late by more than 10 minutes without prior communication, your session may be shortened or forfeited depending on the day's schedule. ❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy • All bookings are final and non-refundable. • Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be eligible for credit toward a future session or event. • No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit their payment. • If TacoFlickz must cancel due to emergency or weather (for outdoor sessions), clients will be offered to reschedule or receive full credit. 📸 Session Details • Holiday Mini Sessions are 15–30 minutes long and include the number of edited images listed in your package. • Final galleries will be delivered within 3-5 business days. • Rush delivery available for an additional $35 (delivered within 48 hours). 💳 Payment • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. • Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received. 📍 Location • Outdoor or studio location will be shared upon confirmation. • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to maximize your session time.
