Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Tacoflickz Media. By booking a session or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to secure your booking date.
Remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the shoot, unless otherwise agreed.
No booking is confirmed until payment is received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable.
Clients may reschedule with at least 24–48 hours notice.
Failure to show up or last-minute cancellations may result in loss of deposit.

Turnaround Time

Standard delivery time is 24–48 hours for most shoots.
Turnaround time may vary depending on workload and shoot type.
Rush delivery is not guaranteed unless agreed upon beforehand.

Image Delivery

Clients will receive a curated selection of professionally edited images.
RAW/unedited images are not provided.
Final images are delivered digitally via online gallery or file transfer.

Usage Rights

Tacoflickz Media retains full copyright ownership of all images and content.
Clients are granted personal use rights (social media, personal sharing, etc.).
Commercial use (branding, resale, business use) must be approved or licensed separately.

Creative Control

Tacoflickz Media maintains full creative direction during the shoot and editing process.
Final edits are consistent with the Tacoflickz Media style and brand.

Liability

Tacoflickz Media is not responsible for:

Weather conditions
Client lateness or missed moments
Uncontrollable circumstances affecting the shoot

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:
Arriving on time
Providing accurate shoot details
Securing permission for locations if required

Social Media & Promotion

Tacoflickz Media reserves the right to use photos/videos for:

Portfolio
Website
Social media promotion
(If you want to opt out, request it before the shoot.)
