Service Description
30-minute outdoor portrait session for one person or a couple, with one outfit at one location. Includes 6 client-selected, finished high-resolution digital photographs delivered through an online gallery. Editing includes color/exposure correction, cropping and light cleanup. Extensive skin retouching, body reshaping, composites and major object removal are not included and must be quoted separately. Choose your favorites from a proofing gallery. Final delivery is within 5 business days after you submit your selections. Proofs and RAW files are not final deliverables. Additional edited images can be quoted before purchase. The included image count is the total for the session, shared across everyone photographed; it is not per person. Extra-person add-ons do not increase the image allowance or session length. Contact us before booking if your group needs additional time or separate individual galleries. Outfit changes count toward the booked session time. Rush delivery, when available and confirmed, is measured from receipt of your final selections. Full payment is collected online at booking.
Cancellation Policy
Studio and outdoor portrait sessions booked online require full payment at checkout. Headshot and personal branding sessions currently use in-person payment at the session unless a separate written invoice agreement is provided. For custom bookings requiring a deposit, the amount and balance due date are stated on the invoice; those deposits are non-refundable. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Where a deposit applies, cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows forfeit that deposit. Any other refund terms must be stated in your booking agreement. In severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, Tacoflickz Media will work with you to reschedule.
