Cancellation Policy

📌 TacoFlickz Photography — General Session Policies To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, the following policies apply to all regular sessions: 📅 Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. Requests made within 48 hours may incur a rescheduling fee. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to stay on schedule. ❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy All bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations with sufficient notice may be eligible for credit toward a future session. No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit payment. If TacoFlickz must cancel due to emergency or weather (for outdoor sessions), clients may reschedule or receive full credit. 📸 Session & Editing Details Sessions include the number of edited images listed in your selected package. Clients choose their final images from a proof gallery. No raw files are delivered. Additional edited images are available for purchase. Final galleries are delivered within 3–5business days unless otherwise stated. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. 💳 Payment Policy Full payment is required to secure your booking. Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received. 📍 Location & Arrival Studio or outdoor location details are shared upon confirmation. Please arrive on time; up to 5 minutes late may be accommodated depending on the schedule.
